Unless of course you were that tall gentleman (sic) who was sitting on his own at the table next to the wall.  Dressed in a dark suit if I remember and who left in a dark (black?) Mercedes B Class or similar!  Yes it was some time ago!     :D

;) Just had a coffee in Indulgence next to the Alex, very nice too.On the subject of the Alex it appears that the new tennant is still running it as a pub which is not in his agreement, apparently he used to run the Bee in Abergele. ZXZ

I had also noticed this. Lots of people sitting outside with pints but no food.

:(For the Alex to survive you need to gut the hotel and your food needs to be excellent, why do people think it will be easy pickings to just open and let sub standard rooms and food and people will come flocking, thereis too much competion for this place to survive as a hotel and restaurant without doing the place up and serving quality food at a sensible price, hence the landlord already seems to have broken the rules and is just serving drinks to some people. :-X

So will there be two now then, isn't the one up the road a poundstretcher?

I assume the old one will be closing.
