Designer home inspired by famous North Wales architect.    In fact a similar type of property featured on the TV programme Wales Home of the year recently

Inside the stunning North Wales Edwardian coastal residence on sale for ?1.1m
A long driveway passing through 'glorious landscaped garden' leads to a large parking area and the 'imposing entrance porch

If that is not enough for anyone then there is a building site going for sale in the West Shore for two and a quarter million pounds and the seller may be open to offers!         8)

Clifftop Grand Designs home that everyone asks the same question about is now up for sale
Cefn Castell was on the Channel 4 show as well as later appearing on I'm A Celebrity
It is a lovely property and what I remember about it is the beautiful very high stone wall surrounding the house, probably to protect their privacy and keep prying eyes away.    We still managed to see over the wall and take some photos!          :-[

The Gwynedd house that might just have Wales' strangest extension

It's a pretty ugly extension, when I looked at the conversations below the advert someone posted "and I thought that Anwyl's were bad"
I can't see that posting now though.
Here's a photo of one of the designs Anwyl was touting for the Penmorfa building site some years ago

Stunning house a stone's throw from one of Anglesey's best beaches up for grabs
'The exclusivity of this property lies not only in its picturesque setting but also in its characterful design and architecture'
"Up for grabs?"  but not if you are local.       More suited to the Cheshire set  or those people wanting to add to their portfolio of property rentals

You can not buy a view.

How long before the Mostyn's decide to build on the fields opposite ? They have been trying  for years.

That Chapel has been on the market before.    It's a lovely conversion but in the wrong place and as for the comment about overlooking the Little Orme that's a bit of an exaggeration.
That view will disappear completely if Mostyn Estates get their greedy mitts on a planning application and as Mull quite rightly said they have been trying that out for years.
It's prudent for me not to say too much but I believe that they will be trying again for planning permission once Anwyl Construction have finished on their site in Nant Y Gamar Road
