property overlooking seaside town of Llandudno on sale for £650,000

If you look at the interior, it’s hardly elegant! Looks like it was last decorated about 1975. Needs a ton of work on the exterior too.

1875 more like...   The exterior is being reclaimed - by the garden.  That will involve a huge amount of work.

You would need a great deal of imagination and loads of money to make it even presentable.     Perhaps the best  option would be to demolish it and built a brand new house like they have done in Llys Helyg Drive

Six-bedrooom, detached house in stunning, lakeside location
This six-bedroomed, freehold property is in a stunning location on the banks of Llyn Celyn. Named Arenig near Bala, it sits within six acres of land and is on the market for £995,000.

It is actually a cluster of properties including a traditional style Welsh farmhouse, which has recently been refurbished, as well as a bunkhouse and also a meeting room which could be used as a studio.

Impressive detached Victorian house in village surrounded by heritage
This impressive, detached house was probably one of the historic feature properties in the Blaenau Ffestiniog area when it was built in the 1800s. Set in grounds with good size gardens at the front and back, the property boasts four of everything - four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four reception rooms.

Its owners have kept its character yet it also has a modern feel to it where appropriate. The kitchens and bathrooms for example are at the more modern end of the scale.

The £1m Gwynedd bolthole that wouldn't be out of place on Escape to the Country

The grounds of this spacious property at Dinorwic near Llanberis have paddocks, woodland, stables and a barn. You approach along the half mile drive and go through the country park before arriving at the property.

Built in 1821, the original part of the building was used to house the shire horses of Dinorwic quarry.

A STUNNING property on a street dubbed the most expensive in Llandudno has gone on the market.

Pen Yr Allt, on Nant Y Gamar Road, has been put up for sale by the owners of seven years.

The property was originally constructed in 1870 as a one-up-one-down schoolhouse for the local mining community.

Stylishly extended and enhanced since, the home stands in two acres of grounds with picturesque views of the sea, Llandudno and mountains.

Described as a "dream home" completed to an "exceptional standard", the house a raised terrace, a vaulted kitchen/dining room (including dual wine fridges) and a formal dining room.

"Stunning house on Llandudno's 'most expensive street' on the market for £1.6millio"    that's what it said in the link and it may be correct as thetre are some stunning properties up there on the hillside, even if some may be controversial.
It certainly gives Llys Helig Drive some competition

Sensational property goes on market but you'll need very deep pockets to buy it
This state of the art home has seven en suite bedrooms with five dressing rooms. Meticulously and sympathetically renovated

Four-bedroomed Gwynedd longhouse with 400 years of history

This detached, stone longhouse, dating back to 1620, offers a unique blend of historical charm and modern living. The four-bedroomed property nestles in the picturesque Tan-Y-Bwlch area of Blaenau Ffestiniog.

There are four inviting reception rooms which would be perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet evenings by the fire. Spanning an impressive 2,056 square feet, the property's four bedrooms are spacious and there are two well-appointed bathrooms, making it an ideal family home or a tranquil retreat.

'We've been here 450 years, I'm sad we've having to take this decision'

How many properties in Wales feature in the Doomsday Book and can boast connections to a 9th Century King of Wales? Or, for that matter, have played a direct role in the English Civil War, as evidenced by it's cannon ball scars?

Historic Gwysaney Hall has been owned by the same family for more than 450 years. The mantle of custonianship can rest heavily, and that’s certainly the case for current owner Richard Davies-Cooke: he will probably be the last of the family to do so.
