There was a bit of a delay at the 7th Tee on Mike's Golf Course today but I thought it best not  to butt in

Never mind the 7th tee --- I  offered Hugo a drink of TEA, and then realised I had already drunk it all!!

Mike is open 7 days a week... soon after 10am... weather permitting.

To be honest, Sunday's forecast looks lousy B2R.

Thanks to Born2run for enquiring, and also to Fester for answering the question. Where would I be without friends like that ?  A few more friends like Fester and I wouldnt have to do any work, just sit back and let them do all the worrying and answering!!!  Anyway, today, Saturday, started off terrible weather wise, me in McDonalds until around 11 a.m. looking up at the Orme, have another coffee, cancel the helper I had coming. But around midday the clouds lifted and I had  a very reasonable afternoon and early evening. So here is hoping for tomorrow. Hope to see you, Born2run.  No running around the course, no cycling, no this, no that. Thats according to the Council who own the land, but I've lost the instructions---so welcome. Mike

Mike's empire has expanded to the Putting Green at Happy Valley. He tells me that he will be running it for the next 5 weeks, in addition to the Great Orme Family Golf up at Llwynon Road. If you know of anyone that would like a round, please send them up to Happy Valley (the Green is just by the Cable Car Station).

I always thought that was owned by The Headlands Hotel.
