Last night I was searching for something on BBC I player when I discovered a second series had started of "Designing the Hebrides".     For anyone interested in house designs or spectacular scenery then this is a must watch
The presenter Banjo Beale is a very camp Australian who lives in Tobermory on the beautiful island of Mull.
Our forum friend Mull who lives on the island is so lucky to be living there.    I know that the weather, the inconsiderate tourist who drive on the narrow lanes and the Ferry problems but the island way of life and the stunning countryside more than make up for them

There is a programme on TV tonight called Pilgramage through the Swiss and Austrian Alps and is on BBC 2 at 9.00 pm.    It's a three part series and is on again on Monday and Tuesday
I've had a glimpse of it on BBC 2 Iplayer and the scenery is breathtaking
It's a very interesting programme and it's more about the interaction between people of various faiths and beliefs.      There was one previous Pilgramage of the road through North Wales and that wasgood to watch too
