What's Llandudno Like Right Now?

Is there any news on anything good for Llandudno.We have lost our night clubs,Mostyn estates are slow on announcing their plans for the Tudno Castle,no plans for the empty shops on the Hight st and i can;t see the xmas lights being any different to last year,thank god for Alice.

Wrex, The Pier can expect steamer ships arriving early next year, as the landing stage is almost complete.
Plus, I'm getting my spare bedroom decorated, so that's another improvement!

Did you see a recent repeated episode of Four in a bed? The Alexandra was on, with some good shots of Llandudno on a nice sunny day! He came 4th. However he will be on again in the Hotel Inspector soon, to get some tips on re-vitalise the business. To be fair it was hard for him as the scaffolding was up after the fire damage, and he explained that he was having a new roof etc.  On another show, the Orme Court Guest house won, despite some very strong competition from some beautiful B &Bs . They were certainly the best value for money, and the hosts were very genuine. Well done!!

Xmas lights come summer lights seem to have been put on early,i don;t think they were on for half term last week,i wonder if they are on by mistake or the TC are forward thinking for once.Of course one person will be slagging them of for wasdting money.

Wrex, the Conwy Xmas lights (on the Cob) were switched on today when I went by, maybe just testing?

Ive stayed in quite a few hotels/b&bs in LLandudno, There are some outstanding ones. 
Ive also stayed in the Alex.      (never again)   Im not surprised it came last, especially with an obnoxious self-righteous man like John Humberstone running it.   
If you look at his comments to customers on Tripadvisor it becomes obvious that he is severely lacking in people skills.

Ive just driven through Deganwy and they have put their xmas lights up,not on yet but they look new vto me ,i pray Llandudno is not put to shame by our neighbouring village.

They have also put them up on the bridge and in Gyffin.

Good turn out at the cenotaph,its nice to see people respect our fallen.There was one who was shouting near the end,not sure i was too far away.
