Another five deaths linked to Covid-19 has been recorded in North Wales, according to the latest coronavirus data issued today (Wednesday, February 2).

The death toll across the region remains at 1,206, the statistics from Public Health Wales show.
Across Wales as a whole, there were 10 new Covid-related deaths, meaning the total since the start of the pandemic stands at 6,833.

Meanwhile, 213 new cases of Covid were recorded across North Wales today - taking the total number of cases in the region throughout the pandemic to 150,401.

Across all of Wales, there were another 1,870 cases reported today, bringing the total during the pandemic to 782,388.

There have now been 2,511,342 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out in Wales while 2,369,003 people have been double-jabbed.

An additional 1,838,189 people have been boosted while 53,853 people have had a triple dose.
The third dose is considered different to the booster and is given out to people who are immunosuppressed.

Betsi Cadwaladr as a whole: 213 new cases - total 150,401

Anglesey: 29 new cases - total 13,038
Conwy: 26 new cases - total 23,288
Denbighshire: 11 new cases - total 21,795
Flintshire: 119 new cases - total 34,785
Gwynedd: 22 new cases - total 23,557

The infection rate for every 100,000 people in each area (seven days to January 28):

Anglesey: 371.2 (up from 359.8

Over 2,000 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Wales according to Public Health Wales (PHW).

A total of 2,424 cases have been reported in a 24 hour period in the latest round of statistics released by PHW.

Of those cases, 450 were in North Wales anhis can be broken down county-by-county to:

Wrexham - 97
Flintshire - 93
Conwy - 80
Gwynedd - 78
Denbighshire - 54
Anglesey - 48

Sadly, a further 11 deaths have also been recorded following a positive Covid-19 test. This brings the total number of deaths since records began to 6,844.

Also, 1,841,259 people have now received their booster jab.

Another 535 cases of coronavirus have been detected in North Wales over the last 24 hours, latest figures have confirmed.
The new cases of Covid recorded across North Wales today takes the total number of positive tests in the region throughout the pandemic to 151,405.

The death toll across the region remains at 1,208, the statistics from Public Health Wales show.
Across Wales as a whole, there were eight new Covid-related deaths, meaning the total since the start of the pandemic stands at 6,852.

Across all of Wales, there were another 2,606 cases reported today, bringing the total during the pandemic to 787,417.

There have now been 2,512,220 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out in Wales while 2,370,157 people have been double-jabbed.

An additional 1,844,501 people have been boosted while 53,991 people have had a triple dose.
The third dose is considered different to the booster and is given out to people who are immunosuppressed.

NEARLY 500 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in North Wales in the latest figures published by Public Health Wales (PHW).

PHW figures released on Sunday, February 6, show that 2,606 new cases have been recorded throughout Wales as a whole.

A total of 480 were reported in North Wales

Anglesey - 47
Conwy - 89
Denbighshire - 73
Flintshire - 82
Gwynedd - 69
Wrexham - 120

Sadly, a further 8 deaths have been recorded in the latest round of figures. That means that a total of 6,852 suspected Covid-19-related deaths have been recorded in Wales since figures first began in early 2020.

The PHW statistics also show that 1,844,501 people in Wales have now received their Covid-19 booster jab.

Sadly, a further nine deaths have been recorded in the latest round of figures. That means that a total of 6,872 suspected Covid-19-related deaths have been recorded in Wales since figures first began in early 2020.

PHW figures released on Tuesday February 8 show that 1,057 new cases have been recorded throughout Wales as a whole.

A total of 242 were reported in North Wales

Flintshire - 74
Wrexham - 50
Conwy - 44
Gwynedd - 36
Denbighshire - 23
Anglesey - 15

The seven-day rolling infection rate for Wales as a whole is now at 443.2 per 100,000 population.

Rolling infection rate for North Wales per 100k:

Denbighshire - 377.2
Anglesey - 368.3
Gwynedd - 343.6

The PHW statistics also show that 1,849,447 people in Wales have now received their Covid-19 booster jab.

In today's statistics (Sunday, February 13), there have also been another 328 coronavirus cases identified across North Wales

In total, 1,233 people in the Betsi Cadwaladr health board area have died within 28 days of receiving a positive Covid test since the start of the pandemic.

Across the whole of Wales, the total number of Covid-related deaths during the pandemic now stands at 6,913.

There have been another 1,495 positive coronavirus cases identified in the 24 hours leading up to 9am on Friday (February 11), the period of time Sunday's figures cover.

Betsi Cadwaladr as a whole: 328 new cases - total 154,108

In total, 1,234 people in the Betsi Cadwaladr health board area have died within 28 days of receiving a positive Covid test since the start of the pandemic.

Across the whole of Wales, another 10 deaths were recorded today. The total number of Covid-related deaths during the pandemic now stands at 6,923.

There have been another 2,122 positive coronavirus cases identified in the 24 hours leading up to 9am on Sunday (February 13).

Locally, the largest increase was in Flintshire where another 116 coronavirus cases were found, meaning there have now been 35,694 infections there.

There have now been 2,516,661 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out, while 2,377,764 people had been double-jabbed.

Additionally, 54,405 people had been given a third dose and 1,863,556 people had been given the booster. The two are counted individually as a third dose is given to those considered immunosuppressed.

No new deaths have been recorded in the region today, meaning that the death toll in the Betsi Cadwaladr health board area remains at 1,234.

Across the whole of Wales, no new deaths were recorded today. The total number of Covid-related deaths during the pandemic remains at 6,923.

There have been another 923 positive coronavirus cases identified in the 24 hours leading up to 9am on Monday (February 14).

Locally, the largest increase was in Conwy, where another 45 coronavirus cases were found, meaning there have now been 24,013 infections there.

There have now been 2,516,883 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out, while 2,378,179 people had been double-jabbed.

Additionally, 54,437 people had been given a third dose and 1,865,020 people had been given the booster. The two are counted individually as a third dose for those who are considered immunosuppressed.
