Ceremony marks the start of work on 54 new homes in Anglesey The development will consist of 20 one-bed personal access apartments, 10 two-bed homes, 12 three-bed homes, six four-bed homes, four two-bed bungalows, and two wheelchair-adapted bungalows.
All properties will feature air source heat pumps and solar-electricity panels, and will be positioned to maximise solar gain and natural daylight.
Councillor Robin Wyn Williams was also in attendance and said: "This housing project for 54 new affordable homes in Holyhead forms part of the Isle of Anglesey County Council’s commitment to meeting local housing needs and supporting local people to live in affordable quality homes in their own communities.
