Anwyl should have been told sort the west shore site before you put any other planning applications in.   I see they have the land up for sale £2-5 million.

It's a shame that there isn't a land banking tax on that site because Anwyl have got away with it for too long.    As it is I think that they'll have trouble seelling the land at that price.
Any local council that deals with this company should ensure that the company delivers what it has promised
