It will never change as long as Celtic and Rangers continue to knock seven bells out of each other. )*)&

And, of course, many other football supporters from all over the country, and even the World! :rage:

It seems members of the same race will always find a way to devise differences and fuel them with hate..

I think that you will find that there are more English in Llandudno than Welsh. I believe that this has come about as a result of the tourist industry. Many Yrs. ago the holiday season in Llandudno was seasonal, from about April until September. As a result there were insufficient local people to staff the hotels during the summer months. The population with visitors exploded. So hotel workers were recruited from Liverpool , Manchester etc. The result is that Llandudno became Anglicized, as a result there are fewer Welsh in the town.

I would be interested to know the percentage of the English/Welsh population. I would be sure Welsh would be much higher but I could well be wrong.

???
are the English BNP any different to their Welsh and Scottish counterparts?

That discussion (BNP etc) is completely different to the point that Angie raised.
The BNP despise muslims and people of different skin colour 'invading' Britain  (Not just England)
Angie was referring to people slagging off the Welsh, in Wales!

Thats tantamount to Asians in Bradford or Brum slagging off the Engish natives...(which they do, but its a totally different issue)

???
Have you been on the pop again Fester  _))*
My reply was not in response to Angies post but to subsequent posts.

Actually, the "natives" in the Bradford and Birmingham areas were Welsh and  were present before "Angle Land" existed.

What I would like to know is how many of us are actually "Pure Bred".   My wife who is supposedly Welsh as she was born in Colwyn Bay, is actually descended from 4 different races.  I am from at least 3, so our kids are a couple of real mongrels.    L0L

Is there anyone on the forum who can claim to be 100% Welsh?

I am !   $walesflag$ $walesflag$ $walesflag$

I can claim to be Welsh due to the following 6 key reasons.

1, My maternal Great-Grandparents, (The Davey's) were Welsh and moved to England.  (Bad Move)
2, I can play football for Wales on the strength of that tenuous link.
3, Brian Thomas is my mate.
4, I have a little Cymru sticker on my car.
5, I love to sing The Green Green Grass of Home when I go to Karaoke.
6, Last night, I was dubbed ''honourary Welsh'',  By Dave R,  Moderator of this forum, and general genius.

Thats good enough for me.

I can't stand those people who hate football but still go along to games to deliberately cause trouble and ruin them for everybody else.

Bloody referees!!!!
