Just do not like being ripped off, Still enjoy going out for a good meal.

Why do we let them get away with it ?

If Tesco, ASDA,Aldi or Lidl tried to put a percentage on your bill (for providing a service), I am sure most people would start shopping somwhere else.

Fester has just reminded me about the new Portugese Restaurant on Upper Mostyn Street, it looks amateurish beyond belief.  &shake&

The new Portuguese restarant in Upper Mostyn St sounds like a typical Portuguese restaraunt and will probably be very good :)

It looks like somebody thinks if you put the word cafe in the window you are going to make money and that would be right if they had no competition but in such a cafe riddled st you have to be the best to survive and first impressions its got no chance.

As this new place is Portuguese, I will mosey along and give it the once over.  Surprised that it is, or looks, dirty as the Portuguese are very clean people.  The dirty ones one actually sees in Portugal are generally run by ex-pats from the UK who think we all want a "greasy spoon" cafe when we are on holiday.
