Great Orme could be an island by 2030 according to new climate data

That's a sobering thought,  I'll have to get a boat if I want to have a drink at the King's Head pub.           The new proposals for an additional sea defence at the West Shore sounded like as much use as a chocolate teapot anyway,  perhaps CCBC can come up with a better plan            ???

Two years on and no signs of any plans or planning applications for the Pavilion site. One could almost think that the pier owner only bought it to prevent anyone else developing the site maybe?
Another year gone by and no progress whatsoever.  :(

And yet another year goes by without any progress. I think it's 4 years now since the pier owner, Adam Williams, bought the site and has done precisely nothing with it. It remains a weed infested eyesore that is used as a storage area/dumping ground for pier company junk. Maybe Alan Waldron's redevelopment plans weren't that bad, after all?

Perhaps it's time that CCBC stepped in and sorted something out, but they should have done this soon after the fire?
