We will never know! Unfortunately Dr Cameron passed away earlier this year.
There was some publicity in the local rag at the time and even a short video on the BBC Welsh news
His intentions as a Town Councillor and as President of the Llandudno Civic Council, were always generous, but his method of implementation rather questionable. )*)&

Fight to keep goats Welsh
The goats have lived on the Orme for a hundred years
A Llandudno town councillor is fighting plans to move some of the town's unique wild goats to England to encourage breeding.
Experts are warning the species could die out unless they are moved from their home for the last hundred years on Llandudno's Great Orme.
But Dr Craig Cameron says splitting up the herd is unnecessary, and could bring to an end the goat's long association with the headland.
The goats living on the Great Orme today are descendants of the first breed to come to Britain.
The cashmere goats were maintained by Queen Victoria and were used as mascots for he Royal Welch Fusiliers.
But the county council is warning that unless they are broken up and encouraged to begin breeding at other sites in Britain the herd will have no future.
Town councillor Dr Cameron said he would prefer to keep the herd together.
"The herd has user rights, " he said.
"They have been here for 100 years. and I intend to make sure they stay here."
Dr Cameron believes there are sufficient numbers here to keep the species thriving, and he is taking steps to try and prevent any break up.
He is hoping to become the legal owner of the herd to allow the goats the right to stay on the Great Orme.
