Hi guys
i have tried to put a post and some photos in hobbies under walking,
i appear to have done it all ok, but when i come to post it.
Nothing happens it all just dissapears

Looks like nobody has helped, and I am no use as I have yet to post, all I can say is that this is what I was told by DaveR when I asked about posting photo's "If you resize the pic down so that its longest side is about 650 pixels, then save it as a jpeg with a file size of around 100k, that should be fine.  Not worth doing a resolution higher than about 150pixels".    Don't know if that's any help, but if not I would try asking one of the Admin people Ian or DaveR.  Hope you get sorted out.

Sounds as though the photos you are trying to post are too big.

A photo can be 'too big' in two ways:

1) Its pixel size must be less than 700 pixels on its longest side
2) The file size must be less than 300k.

I added you and it made yr name appear in bold?  maybe it's used when there's loads of members on at the same time, don't know.

I can't seem to be able to read Festers post on wind farms?  Everytime I try I get the same error message for some reason
