Having been away for some time (not there) I noticed, the amount of redevelopment in Llandudno that had and was ongoing, (I even fancied some shares in scaffolding,) it really is good to see, not just the big stuff, we stayed in a few small hotels and flats, while house hunting, which were top class, and eating out has improved a lot.
The point being, its all private money, and they believe in Llandudno, so when is the CCBC going to jump in, and sort out Mostyn St.and the Pavilion....and the Grand needs a big.......

New Travelodge ...Llandudno.
Recruitment has started for 20 new jobs at a £4.6m hotel in Llandudno.
Travelodge, the UK’s biggest independent hotel chain, will open the 82-room hotel at the former Clarence Hotel on Gloddaeth Street this winter.
This will see the company take on an initial 20 positions with recruitment now underway.
Jobs include hotel manager, receptionist, team member, guest room cleaner and bar café roles.
The new hotel is expected to bring an estimated £1.2m a year into the local economy with a rise in visitor numbers.

It seems unusual from the ones that I have used, for there to be a bar as such. Often there used to be something like a 'Harvester' or some such where one could buy a 'meal', but not a specified bar.

I am just thinking what Mostyn St. would look like with all the veranda walkways brought up to the same standard,  and the shop signage sorted. &shake&
