AN ACCLAIMED bed and breakfast in Llandudno has gone on the market for a six-figure sum, as the owners look to sell the establishment due to “family commitments”.

Bay Court, on the town’s seafront, has been listed for sale after being under the current ownership for three years.

Described as a “unique” and “highly-profitable” business, the B&B has received several TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence and LUX Life awards in recent years.

Bay Court has gone on the market for a freehold price of £675,000 as the owners look to sell because of “family commitments”.

The B&B is made up of eight ensuite bedrooms, a guest lounge, a “grand” breakfast room, an owners’ accommodation and other amenities.

A hotel in Llandudno has reopened after a £1.2m revamp. The Craigside Hotel - previously run as a Premier Inn - on Llandudno's Little Orme was sold by Whitbread to pub chain JW Lees last summer.

They initially continued to trade the pub but closed around the turn of the year for major changes to be carried out. The site has now reopened as Craigside Manor following the investment in the site described as "iconic".

Llandudno hotel introduced change that saw some say they'd boycott - this is what happened
The new policy divided opinion when announced last year

We all have different opinions on matters like this and recently I went out a couple of times for a meal.    At the first place I had a breakfast and dogs were allowed there and they were all extremely well behaved.
At the second restaurant which was more expensive I wish that I could say the same about the young children who were running about and screaming.
That made me remember why I liked the Warners Holidays so much.     Horses for cources as they say
