Two seafront hotels that closed when Shearings collapsed are set to reopen as part of a newly formed "collection."
Bay Marine and Bay County in Llandudno fell into administration last May.
But under new ownership and following a Hotel Management Agreement with Bespoke Hotels, the properties are set to reopen as lockdown eases.
They will form part of the "‘Coast & Country Hotel Collection" said to "reinvigorate the hotels’ offering."
The Marine is set to open on May 17 followed by the County Hotel on June 1.
As part of their reopening the hotels are looking to recruit heavily within the local community, with the County set to offer 40 roles, while there are further opportunities at the Marine.
Paul FitzGerald, portfolio managing director, said: “Given the enormous challenges of the last few months, we’re delighted to bring these properties back to market.
"Integral parts of Llandudno’s hotel offering, we know their initial closure was felt keenly amongst the community. Now though, with reopening plans in place, we’re able to offer not just jobs and wider tourism opportunities, but hospitality services that people can engage with as restrictions lift.”
