I telephoned CCBC because I couldn't find any information on their website https://gov.wales/conwy-county-borough-lockdown-frequently-asked-questions about how the new restrictions would impact local Hotels and Guesthouses. I was told guests must all leave before 18:30 tomorrow and no new check-ins until after the regulations are eased, which is going to have a significant impact on many, in our small business community.
If Boris doesn't know what is going on what chance do the rest of us have?
Blongb, do the new regulations refer to airbnb as well? I've had reasons to search the airbnb websites and there are hundreds in the N Wales area and I'm sure that many people are using these to come over the border especially during the first lockdown

Most of the hotels in this area were in darkness last night, gates closed and car parks empty.
