Eryri National Park too 'secretive' over sale of North Wales mansion
The Authority has still refused to identify a pontential buyer of the £1.2m valued Plas Tan y Bwlch

You have to see this property to appreciate its beauty and location and although someone may have to spend a lot of money on it, at the price reported it seems a bargain.
I wonder who this mystery buyer is as it all sounds a bit suspicious to me

Full list of school closures as snow hits North Wales
Around 30 schools across the region won't open today after heavy snow fell overnight

There's no mention of Ysgol Pen Y Bryn in Colwyn Bay closing Norman so watch that your grand child doesn't pull a fast one

North Wales bridge swept away in storm will be rebuilt but no-one will say when
Llanerch Bridge collapsed in 2021 but the link between Trefnant and Tremeirchion has yet to be rebuilt.    The report says that the bridge collapsed nearly 4 years ago but it's nearly 5 years and nothing has been done about it.
I suppose we can expect it to be done at the same time that the North Wales railway line is electrified

US bomb suspect in Wales for years - investigators
The description of the area sounds a bit like Nant Y Felin and district.    It's only a short distance from the A470 but seems a million miles away from that busy stretch of road

Rob Lloyd’s Bearmont Capital has completed the purchase of Denis Ferranti, a 6.5-acre industrial site on Caernarfon Road in Bangor.

Rob, who is originally from Rhos-on-Sea and owns several properties in Llandudno, said he aimed to create a “dynamic industrial hub that accommodates a wide range of businesses”.

Historic 18th century humpback bridge destroyed in storm set to be replaced with modern design
But locals have now been waiting four years for a replacement for the bridge over the River Clwyd which links Trefnant and Tremeirchion and there is no end in sight for the seven mile diversion they face as a result

List of school closures in North Wales on January 9 as snow and ice hit
Dozens of schools are closed today

We had a fresh fall of snow and hail this morning and the road and gardens are covered in it so it's a good job that Ysgol Pen Y Bryn in Colwyn Heights is closed.
I bought a couple of bags of rock salt yesterday so that will come in handy now
