£92m earmarked to protect Welsh coastal areas
The National Wealth Fund is providing a loan to help protect the Welsh coast

Looking at Llandudno's dwarf wall sea defences it won't cost more than a few grand from that loan

Plans approved to limit second homes at national park
People wanting to turn a house into a second home or holiday accommodation at Wales' largest national park will have to apply for planning permission.

Eryri National Park Authority (ENPA) becomes the first park to use the powers, granted by the Welsh government in October 2022, which aims to control the number of second homes.

Well known Conwy firm to relocate to new headquarters
Robertson Geo will relocate from its sites in Deganwy and Llandudno to a new 20,500 square-foot building on Tre Morfa Enterprise Park, Conwy

“Relocating to Conwy means our UK team will all be on one site, and the new base will set the standard for the industry. We have always been leaders in technology development, calibration, validation, and compliance, so this will further enhance our strengths and future-proof the organisation.
I wonder if the land at Deganwy/ Llandudno has already been earmarked for yet more building development?

Hugo,
'I wonder if the land at Deganwy/ Llandudno has already been earmarked for yet more building development?'
The industrial premises in Deganwy have had a detailed planning application in for change of use to Residential for nearly 6 months now and the premises in Llandudno are part of the business units in Council Street.

Same Company & Directors who have just bought the lease on Bodlondeb Civic Offices in Conwy. Is there really the need for two World Class Business Centres so close together?
