Hmmmmm.  Unless it's the Sunnydowns, I will just have to give up on this one.   :D

The only one I can think of is/was the St Enochs-- but that went ages ago.

It's at the back of the building in Colwyn Ave Rhos. the front of it being on the Marine Drive.  Is it called St Winefreds?

That was a good question Dave and took me ages to find even though I've been past dozens of times and my friend lived across the way.   It must be your photographer's eye for spotting the finer details.

Where would you find this gate in the 3 towns area?

That's a real good teaser Gwynant and I was rather hoping for a clue as I've no idea where it is.  It looks like an embankment for a road perhaps and I have seen similar stone work in Conwy but again can't think where exactly?
I'll keep on thinking   ?{}?

It's in the three towns area, Hugo, and within 50 metres of at least 3 methods of transport. (5 if you count cycles and buses). Sorry for the delay in answering, I've just come in from going up and down Foel Fras, (not the thing to do in this weather!), but at least this time we used the higher car park above Abergwyngregin to shorten the walk.

Two guesses but I don't know really! Conwy Castle or is it one of the openings to that underground chasm at Happy Valley?

It's under the road approach to the Conwy bridge, on the Cob side.
