Some joker called https://twitter.com/Adrianeagle is trying to Follow me on Twitter now. I blocked him, naturally. Perhaps he needs to be added to the Police investigation?

Tried the link and it is an obvious nut case.  As it says it is a parody.  I'm sure it is not the person that it alludes to be, although the photograph has been used somewhere before.   Can't you get rid of it somehow?
Someone with a vendetta maybe?

Yes, I just blocked the account, very easy to do. There seems to be a few nutters on the prowl lately, I've blocked 3 accounts in the past week or so. Maybe its the same person playing silly buggers?

So, am I correct, you have blocked someone from following you on Twitter?
I didn't know u could do that. I thought that was the big difference between Facebook and twitter, and, in my ignorance, I thought it was a good thing. To me it was similar to shouting words from the top of a high building. You had to be very careful about what you wrote because who knows who might read it.
Never mind. I suppose I am a little naive in these matters.  Mike

It seems Twitter has become the latest victim to hacking...

After applying myself to the task, I have learnt a lot more about Facebook and Twitter in the last 24 hours, and it seems that at long last I am beginning to understand them.  Can't call myself an expert yet and still don't like the apps, but at least I now know what their all about.  In fact may give them a bit more attention now than I have in the past!

Yes, you can block anyone on Twitter, simply by going to their Profile, and finding the 'Block User' option. As with most websites, you do get little annoyances that need to be blocked.

Help! I've been cleaning my computer and I must have pressed something which has made the page expand so that I have no toolbar at the top to change page etc.
I have tried pressing the escape button but nothing happens.
Can anyone tell me the right key to return it to normal? Thanks.
