Fly tipping.

A Dyson sweeper 'dumped' on the side of Henryd Road, Conwy this morning - surely the owner could have taken it to Mochdre Recycling Centre if they had travelled to a rural stretch of road to dump it!

Indeed, Stan. It's like when you walk around the Marine Drive in Llandudno and see mattresses dumped over the side.

I am posting this from the A&E dept,  a word of warning to all you chaps... the Dyson Ball Cleaner is not what you think it is.

What is going on with kids names these days??

It was bad enough when my brother and his bird decided to name my neice 'Angel'

But now, from my position where I work across from the toys and jokes shop, I hear such things as...
'Hunter, don't hit your sister like that''
''Skye darling, put that down. you don't have enough pennies for that'
''Kai, do you want a bucket and spade darling?''
''Tiler, (Tyler?) ... have you seen these bubbles?''

I was kind of hoping that Tiler had brought a bucket of grouting with him, could finish my bathroom off for me.

The world has gone nuts.

I defy you to beat the England Ladies Cricketer.  Ebony-Jewel Cora-Lee Camellia Rosamond Rainford-Brent http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebony-Jewel_Rainford-Brent. Not much room left on the back of the cricket shirt after that's been printed on it.

I used to work with a guy called Mario Hanney.
He wasn't Italian, he was Irish... (and an otherwise normal Yorkshire family)...but his mother was a strict Catholic lunatic basically.
All his sisters had outlandish names.  He had five of them.

I once went on a date with one of his sisters, her full name was;
Dominica Rosario Immaculata Dolarosa Hanney.

Unforgettable.  The name, not the date.

One thing that niggles me is that silly and useless piece of paper stuck on every bar of Imperial Leather soap!

Dawned on me that that was why I went through bath sponges so quickly-- the label rips the sponge !-- I'll stick to my Pears-- although it doesn't smell like it used to--probably 'cos it is now made in foreign parts.
