A good female friend told me that Fifty Shades of Grey appealed primarily to women who, as she put it, 'weren't getting any'.  :o  8)

I went to the Albion last night with the intention to give them MY photo given to me by Rob Pritchard but I needn't have bothered as it seems someone has taken the photo off here (as it's the only copy) and had it blown up for them.  Not very happy if I'm honest.

When I was talking to Stuart at the Albion about the pictures soon after they re-opened he told me that they all came from Conwy Archives, Lloyd Street.

Cheeky buggers! Send them a bill.

EDIT: If they're from the Archives, don't send them a bill.  ;D

Every now and again there's a story on the news that makes me giggle and this has really made me laugh....bless.

An elderly local woman decided to restore a 100 year old holy fresco in her local church The Sanctuary of Mercy Church in Borjanas, Spain and to be fair made an awful mess of it.  Can you imagine the look on the parishioners faces when she unveiled her masterpiece.  What was once a beautiful holy painting now resembles a cabbage patch doll  _))*

She said "everybody saw me painting it but nobody stopped me" she really thought she'd done a good job bless her.  Experts have been drafted in to try and sort out the mess.

Perhaps they should let her loose on the Floral Clock, she might improve it somewhat?

I wonder if they've revoked her annual pass to the Sistine Chapel?   ;D ;D
