A SOCIAL club in Llandudno which ceased trading in December after 119 years will make its return later this week.
Llandudno Conservative Club, on Mostyn Street, closed for business on December 8, citing a "lack of trade and funds to support the club and keep it financially viable".
The club was founded in 1905, and remained a popular venue for events and sports and leisure activities, including bingo and snooker.
But three months on from its sudden closure, the club will return "under new management and committee" on Friday, March 28.
The opening evening will include a bingo, disco, and free buffet - the club is accepting new members again.
Llandudno Conservative Club was approached for comment. ref pioneer
