Final Llandudno Parc Bodafon home on market for £499,995


That's  strange as I was there last week and had a drive around the estate and there were a number of properties for sale.      On an initial look it looks a nicedevelopment but there are a number of reasons to think about before buying one of those properties no front garden and car parking are just two of the reasons
The one for sale in Nant Y gamar is a classic one and I can see any occupant falling out with their neighbour over this ridiculous driveway

Prices are increasing by 25% at the in demand car park closest to the summit

I must admit that I was shocked to hear about the car park charges as I haven't been to that car park for years.   When I did go there I used the free parking in Llanberis and then caught the bus up to Pen Y Pass using my OAP bus pass

I once had a phone call from a man with a strong Asian accent.     He said that he was from the fraud section of my bank and there were a number of suspicious  deductions from my bank account.    He went on to say that " I'm not going to ask you for any details of your account" and at that stage I interrupted him and said that's good because I'm not going to speak to you and will hang up
He then told me to phone the number on my card and then ask for the fraud squad which I later did.       After a series of security checks  I found out that my account had been hacked 5 times and in fairness to my bank all the money stolen from the account was refunded to me
You can never be too careful with these matters

Thanks DVT,     I'm having difficulty sometimes in getting in to the system which is a shame.      It's a pity that there are not that many posting nowadays because there are so many forum members who have such a wealth of knowledge on so many subjects that it's always interesting to read them.
Here's a photo especially for you DVT  with your interest in car rallying.       Mull very kindly sent me a calendar and the photo was of the Rally time in Tobermoray..       The photos on the calendar were taken by Colin a binman on the Isle of Mull and he must have the most scenic  Bin route in the whole country
