                                       Everton  4   Wolves  0
A good win for Everton even if their highest scorer on the night was  C  Dawson who plays for Wolves.         I remember the good old days when A Young's name was a regular feature on Everton's goal sheet.     Alex Young was a great player

Never mind Norman 08 it should be a chance to get them under the lights at the old lady.

Remember last year, it is were they lost the league .      COYB.

Hope everyone survived yesterday's storm without to much damage, although the pier looks in a mess.
Other than a few trees down and no ferries for the day , Mull survived.

Next time there will be another Red Alert but it won't be Storm Darragh.     Have no fear, Salah's here!      8)

                                       Spurs 3     Liverpool 6
Sounds like a thrilling game......  if you're a Liverpool supporter and I'm looking forward to seeing the game on MOD  but I don't think that my walking buddy Tellytubby will be that keen seeing as he supports Spurs

West Ham 0   Liverpool FC  5
I've just watched the game on Catchup TV and it was exciting to watch with some good football played by both sides.     The Liverpool team seem to be on top form and I hope it lasts until the end of the season.
Mo Salah is on top form  but he like van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold are out of contract at the end of the season and in the New Year those players can be tempted by offers from other football clubs.     There's already speculation about Alexander-Arnold going to Real Madrid.     Sadly, money speaks and he may make more money at Real than the £180K he is reported to be earning at Liverpool

Man Utd relegation 'a possibility' says Amorim       New manager, but the same old team!

The Liverpool  FC game against Man Utd  at Anfield on Sunday the 5th January 2025 should be good to watch.     Liverpool don't always do well against sides at the bottom of the league so there may be an upset between these bitter rivals

Liverpool FC  2     Man  Utd  2
Liverpool didn't play well against Man Utd yesterday but to be fair to Utd they raised their game for this occasion and a draw was probably a fair result.

Former United captain Roy Keane told Sky Sports: "There's talk about him going to Real Madrid, the way he's defending he's going to Tranmere Rovers after this. He's got to do better.
"We talk about how brilliant Trent is going forward, but Trent's defending today; my goodness it's like schoolboy stuff."

Moyes in talks with Everton over return to club
Since Moyes left for Old Trafford, Everton have had eight permanent managers with seven sackings. The stability and continuity he knew is a thing of the past, football's managerial landscape changing in that period

Ideally we wanted Moyes till end of Season but he wanted a better deal where we have to accept we just hope and get behind him moshiri and his mate came in we thought money great.   But they ruined the meaning of the club. Koeman ruined it, brother in law worked on the ground staff. And the moral of everyone hit rock bottom.     We just can’t wait to get in the new stadium next season.
