A North Wales Police statement said: "Due to a road traffic collision on the A4080 - HIGH STREET, BRYNSIENCYN, LLANFAIRPWLL there is an obstruction in the road. The road isn't closed, but it is advisable to avoid the area until this is cleared. Thank you."

A crash on the A55 on Wednesday is continuing to cause delays today. The incident happened on Rhuallt Hill shortly after 1.30pm on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident in the Westbound lanes involved a vehicle towing a trailer with another car on top. It saw an initial lane closure as Traffic Wales officers responded to the incident.

I drove along the road from Llandudno Junction and the traffic is diverted up Tywyn Hill but I haven't driven on the other stretch of the road.      I'm assuming that cars could drive from Deganwy and go along Ty Mawr Road before coming out at the Castle View pub?   Is that correct?
