LLANDUDNO BUILDING & WORKMENS DWELLINGS COMPANY

This is an interesting old Llandudno Company that seems to pop up in our research now and again. It's still in existence today and appears to be worth over £1.5m. Is it a charity or a business? Who founded it?

Lots of financial info about it here:

DaveR, you may find it much cheaper to go direct to Companies House for information rather then using a third party company who probably use the same website.

Thanks, Bri I do use Companies House quite a bit to obtain Accounts etc but the website I mentioned gives you a lot of the basic information free of charge. For example, if you click on a Director's name, it will give you any other companies that they are a Director of. Very useful.  ;)

I see what you mean.

I wonder if the company your quote was the same company the local chartered accountant, Geoff or Jeff Rees, was invloved in.

The name seems to ring a bell but I must be going back over 30 years.
