Has everyone gone on holiday or have the council put something in the water to shut everybody up,or is it really that quiet at the moment,nothing going on at all.

No, at 10am today it was showing 12.05.

It was saying the same as walked past at 4pm.

However, I understand that it was correct at 12.05!
