It was interesting to read about the UFO sighting and I know that sightings have been made in the Llandudno area over the years. I've seen two sightings and one was in Llandudno one night about 11.00 pm when I was in the street talking to my friend Jeff. I never talked about it for many years until there was a discussion in work in Bangor
A girl there who was well known for having a drink or three said that she saw a UFO and described it for us. She said that it was on the ground and was a large orange colour and round. It had no windows, no engine or noise and it just rose into the sky and quickly flew away. She said that she was sober at the time but her description of the UFO was weird and in complete contrast to anything we could imagine that a UFO looked like.
However that is exactly what Jeff and I saw that night!
It looked just like an orange full Moon but travelled in the opposite orbit to our Moon. I do remember reports of the sightings in the local paper at that time
