Fundraising fun at St David?s Hospice Summer Fair

St David?s Hospice?s Summer Fair has been hailed a success.

The annual fair is a fantastic fundraising occasion, with more than 40 stalls, a BBQ, refreshments, and plenty of cakes, crafts and games.

?It was a brilliant day, with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of entertainment and dancing, and I even met a Dalek!

?I thoroughly enjoyed my day, and it was lovely to help fundraise for such a good cause, whilst also meeting plenty of constituents who also care about this hospice we are so lucky to have in our community.

?We are privileged to have such hard-working, dedicated carers at the Llandudno hospice who ensure their patients receive the absolute best care.?

The much-loved St David?s Hospice Moonlight Memories walk returns to Llandudno on Saturday 16 September. Our annual sponsored walk is a very special event where we remember loved ones raise funds for the hospice. The walk will take you by the light of the moon from Venue Cymru along the North Shore Promenade heading to the Pier. We will then walk through the town to the Hospice for a halfway stop where you can enjoy a hot drink and cake and have time to reflect. The walk will then continue back through the town and onto the Promenade towards Venue Cymru. Registration opens at 7.30pm and the walk will start at 8.30pm. All entrants will receive a memory lantern, a special souvenir and a hot drink and cake at the halfway point. Cost: Adults ? ?20 Children ? ?15 Family ? ?55 (2 adults and 2 children) Dogs ? ?5 What?s included in the cost? Memory lantern Special souvenir Hot drink and cake Goody bag for dogs The costs of putting on the event is covered by your registration fee. There is no sponsorship target for this event, however any donations would be gratefully welcomed.
