Some people seem to have forgotten the rules of lockdown.        I hope that the Mountain Rescue teams don't have to be called out to rescue people who shouldn't be there in the first place

People do not seem to be aware that we are back to essential travel only, and with an increased rate (55%) of transmission from the new covid variant, we all need to take the rules seriously.

From your link...Health Minister Vaughan Gething say's..
"The message isn't stay local, the message is stay at home.
"People can go out for exercise but it's to be able to start and end that exercise on foot or on a bicycle, to start and end from your own home.

"I know this is difficult for people, I do understand these are extraordinary measures we're taking but the problem is if you say it's Ok for me to break the rules but not other people, you'll soon find that we don't have the level of overall behaviour that we need to see to reduce the harm that the virus is doing.

Judging by the number of Cars that parked at the top end of North Parade today it's very apparent that a lot of people in the Llandudno area who do not understand the current lockdown rules or are just blatantly ignoring them. Yes you can leave your home on foot or by bicycle to exercise in your local area, but it is illegal to drive to a place of exercise. But of course that rule only applies to others. There are times when I despair at my fellow man.

Blongb  we  walk the dog on the westshore invalids walk I didn't realise so many people lived in Llandudno these last few days, it is packed like the height of summer,   How can we tell they aren't local 🤔 Looking for the goats is a big giveaway and asking where such a place is, where are the police, they are driving round but won't get out of the warm van.

I don't think that it's a case of people not understanding the rules, it's more that they are ignoring them and kidding themselves that " it's only me"
The same problem arises at the West Shore where people go to start their exercise or walk the dog.
I might be wrong but believe that since Dominic Cummings did what he did and wasn't punished for it, people have not complied with the letter of the law and try to bend it in their favour,  using their integrity of course

I've just picked up on your post Norman and my brothers are saying exactly the same as you.    The visitors are here and that is obvious in Rhos and Colwyn Bay too.
Where are they staying though, is it at Airbnb's  or caravan sites?

Snowdonia National Park wardens claim they have received ‘abuse’ from visitors throughout lockdown   "The mountains are open for people to be able to exercise from their front doors. Keeping car parks open allows people with mobility issues to exercise as well.
I must be missing something here because I don't think that people with mobility issues would be wanting to exercise on the mountains  &shake&
