I can't believe that I've watched 1min 40 secs of David Beckham and will have to start getting a life again.    :(
He said in an interview "It was good playing an action hero for the day, getting to do all the stunts and ending up in unexpected situations"   I was amazed to see him running about and wondered why he didn't do that on a football pitch  ???    then the penny dropped when I read todays Daily Mirror.     &shake&
He's had a stunt double to do the running for him and the lack of tattoos on the right upper arm of the stunt double  are errors made by Guy Ritchie in his production.

Thanks for posting that Jack, lovely family scenes from a more innocent age.
None of those delightful ladies had tattoos, but other than that its nice to see that little has changed.

Yes, thanks Jack for posting the links to those two films. I enjoyed them. In the second one (1920's) there was a glimpse of the lido. Where was that?

now then fester there,s a lot changed, the sun was out all through the film, there was a ship coming in and rowing boats on the water, and they looked happy

It was on Deganwy Road.   Going from Deganwy to Llandudno, it was on the left adjoining Maesdu Golf Club and was demolished in the 1960's I think.  A housing estate has been built on the land and the estate is known locally as "Lego Land"
