It looks like they are riding Marine Drive in the opposite direction, could be interesting when the main peloton hits those bends after the lighthouse at speed.

Tour of Britain in Llandudno - 8th September

The Tour of Britain cycling in event is in Llandudno on Monday 8th September.  The riders will have set off from Knowsley and travelled via Mold and Llanrwst to get here. This is stage two of the tour and includes a trip around the Great Orme (the wrong way) and the finishing line for the day outside Venue Cymru.

It will be a great event to watch, and you have a number of choices of where to be as the rides go past.

Here are a few ideas, with the approximate earliest time:
14:35 – Deganwy
14:41 – West Shore
14:45 – Great Orme
14:50 – Llandudno Pier
14:52 – Venue Cymru finish line

It has been announced this evening that the first stage of the Tour of Britain 2015 will be Beaumaris - Wrexham.

That's a shame because I enjoyed the event last year in Llandudno.
