Friends of St. Tudno's Church

SPRING FAIR

Saturday 14 April
10.00 am - 2.00 pm
at Holy Trinity Church

Refreshments
Stalls

Soft toy bungee jump - is your soft toy brave enough?

Performance by Beulah Brass from noon

In aid of St. Tudno's Church

St. Tudno's church is currently being re-roofed and the costs have been met without grant aid.  However, this will leave the "coffers" empty, while additional repair work has been required during the renovation.  It is important that we continue fundraising!

Called in this a.m. Pity about cancelling the bungee jump due to the high winds!!
Bought a lovely card in the shop in Church though.

Nemesis, I've said in reply to one of your other posts, I'm just catching up with the Forum.  I'm sorry I didn't see you (though I did see Hollins) and I'm sorry about the bungee jump, which is rather weather dependent.  Glad you got a nice card, though.

Russian Choral Concert

We are pleased to welcome the Blagovest Ensemble back to Llandudno.  Their previous concerts have been excellent and we are sure that this will be to the same, very high, standard.

The re-roofing and renovation work at St. Tudno's Church has now been completed and there will be special service on Sunday to celebrate this.  If you supported Sponsor-a-Slate, perhaps you'd like to come along and see the result.

Tonight, the Festers are off to The Cross Keys, Madoc Street, to see the most excellent Two Suns.

A rock covers band, who specialise in such groups as Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Wishbone Ash, Van Halen, Whitesnake etc...

They have a lady who plays guitar better than any MAN I have ever seen.     Z** Z**

Can't wait.

I saw them at Headstock Fester and thoroughly enjoyed them. It got me wondering if maybe we could get all the local bands into VC for one or two days a year for a mini festival to celebrate local talent.

Rock & Roll is something that should be played by kids with attitude, not middle aged people.

Not 100% sure,  I'll come back to you on this.

Apparently Two Suns are organising (and headlining) a festival that day..... Facebook has the answers, but I am not a Facebooker!
