My Car Club is just organising the Annual MegaMeet for 2011 (in North Wales) and Registration, Gala Meal and Entertainment on the Saturday Night is just £40.00.  Hotel B & B is £60.00 for a twin or double per night.  It is a weekend event but hotel meals other than the Saturday you sort out yourself.  Good hotel just outside of Chester.   Bit different even though a shorter event.   Z**

This is a short video of a few cars on North Wales roads at Halloween

The Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Tramway Society's annual hauled run of their replica No: 7 tram is on today... currently just arrived at West Shore. It will be heading towards Rhos on Sea, where it will stay for a while, before heading towards Old Colwyn.

Same here, my OH and I have been Classic Car fans for years, used to be in the Concourse at Harewood with a Daimler V8, but that was by invitation. Would never or be able to pay all that just for a rally. Will be down to see the cars as usual . That'll do for us !

After 5 1/2 years of great fun with it, I have now sold mine or I would have given you a run out in it.   As far as I know there are only one or two in this area.   It is now out of production,  so unless Pentraeth have a used one for sale you can't even get a test run!

Looks very nice too.   Apart from a Ford Classic the only  actual Classis car I have owned was a 6.3 Litre Jensen Interceptor.  The engine was a Chrysler V8 of 6276 cc with TorqueFlite automatic transmission driving the rear wheels through a limited slip differential in a conventional Salisbury rear axle.  The photo is of a similar car and colour to mine.   Over the years I have owned (or had supplied) about 50 cars varying from a 1932 Austin 7 to a Mercedes 300D and lately the Honda S2000.

Good luck with the viewing, sounds a bit pricey, but if it is what you want---what the hell ;D
Our 'old chap' is 43 years old. Often said if I had a leather interior and smelled of oil I would do well !

wrex is a bit slow pushing this  :D
The Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza will be celebrating it’s Silver Jubilee on the streets of Llandudno on
29th and 30th April and 1st and 2nd May 2011
http://victorian-extravaganza.co.uk/
finally they have updated the poorly kept official web site
Good for food/drink and trinket sellers but I'll be avoiding it like the plague

It would be a good idea to have a full rehearsal of the event, steam engines and all about 6 weeks before the event.  And if that's not enough a second showing about 8 weeks after the event.    Three for the price of two!  That would keep the town busy.      D)    WWW
