I believe it is now referred to as "downsizing".  This will be the fourth downsize, and hopefully the last.

The house is for sale also.  4 bedroomed, extended bungalow.

Well the House, Stables and Yard have been reduced from £1.2M to just the cool £1M so maybe it is time to take the step!  All I need now is to get the 6 balls up!   

No Merddyn, Lambourn ain't in our sights now, just a gentle move to a nice 2 bedroomed Apartment is what we're aiming for.  Plenty being built locally, and one block very adjacent to one of our favourite coffee stops!
