I believe it is now referred to as "downsizing".  This will be the fourth downsize, and hopefully the last.

The house is for sale also.  4 bedroomed, extended bungalow.

Well the House, Stables and Yard have been reduced from £1.2M to just the cool £1M so maybe it is time to take the step!  All I need now is to get the 6 balls up!   ;D

No Merddyn, Lambourn ain't in our sights now, just a gentle move to a nice 2 bedroomed Apartment is what we're aiming for.  Plenty being built locally, and one block very adjacent to one of our favourite coffee stops!

(My PC always comes up with a correction when I type your nom de plume and it is Nerdy, I'm sure it is a misnomer!  :D)

I trust people will understand that we will not be disposing of any major items until we are closer to a moving date.  We have not yet signed any contract on either sale or purchase so there will be some delay.
