You cannot eat chips without salt and vinegar, that's a fact, I wish these busybodies would ban themselves!  :rage:  ;D

I absolutely hate drivers (usually lorry or white van drivers based on the last 2 weeks) who, despite all the road signs on the A55  indicating "merge from two lane's into one", decide they own the road and stop any other person going down the outside lane by driving at 10Mph or less (today cleaning the wing mirrors and yesterday driving in parallel having a conversation with their mate from the same firm) in the outside lane with the lane open in front of them, and as a result slow traffic down and cause the jams.

Quite often Medz, they are doing that for a good and noble reason... I'll explain.
It puts a stop to all those 'chancers' who fly down the outside lane, until the very last second, when they then force their way accross into the left lane.

That causes a real snarl up at the very point where the road works begin.  Stop - start for hundreds of cars behind.
By doing the blocking trick, it actually keeps the left lane flowing more smoothly.

Normally I would totally agree Fester but when the road sign 1 mile or 1200 yards in front of them says "Use 2 lanes" and "Begin to merge now"  with 1 mile before the single lane traffic begins  there is absolutely no excuse for it. Sorry but the flat bed truck doing it today was just a t**t on company time wanting to play the great "I am"

Its gonna take you a while to calm down from this one, I can tell!

This is what the A55 can do to people.

If the number of posts per page is extended, speed difficulties become apparent with postings with large numbers of images. And our server response time ensures flipping back through pages is fairly efficient. And you can always opt to open a previous page in another window. On balance, I suspect it's better the way it is.
