I was checking opening times of the Christmas Fayre, when I saw the photo on the web page:

Is that one of your photos, Dave?

Much too early in the morning I would think, Ian!!     L0L

But a great shot nevertheless.   :D

I doubt it as David Roberts Photography would be included in all those credits at the footer.

You are all correct, not one of mine, too early in the morning etc. The horizon on it is not quite straight, either.  &shake&

Had a nice surprise today. Met one of the forums most prominent members. Only thing that spoilt it was he had to leave rather suddenly because his limo had pulled up outside. To make it worse the driver was another forum member LOL

I thought it rather hypocritical for the School Headmaster who insists his pupils speak only Welsh whilst in school to write to the Parents in English telling them about the School Rules.

A case of do as I say, not do as I do!    Let's preserve the language by all means but  not at all cost.

Maybe a good example of the recent comment about the language being thrust upon us?

That's very interesting Yorkie, history repeating itself.
Let's hope that this time the School Headmaster doesn't make his pupils wear an " English Not"  around their neck similar to the ones the Welsh children were forced to wear years ago if they spoke English in school.    $walesflag$

I would have thought that with the large ethic mix in the UK today, any language would be acceptable during playtime.  In some London schools  there could be as many as 50 languages spoken!

p.s. For London, read any major city in the UK as is your preference!  ;)
