So Mostyn estates do now own the Victoria center and we might even get it filled for the first time ever

It has always been well looked after but maybe rents need to change for the empty units to fill them.

Nigel Robert newsagents is closing as Nigel and Mrs Nigel are retiring, such a shame as I always enjoy going there staff are always really nice and pleasant and the shop is clean and tidy, I hope somebody will take over before it does shut  :o :'( how ever good luck on you retirement Mr & Mrs Roberts ZXZ

Best wishes to Mr & Mrs Roberts on their Retirement. Will be shame to see another family owned business disappearing from Llandudno though.

 :oNot sure what too read into this but since Mostyn Estates have taken over the Victoria center only one shop remains on the shoproperty website,there where about 5 the other week with one under offer,obviously they may be on their own site by now.

I imagine they may want to use a local Estate Agent like St Davids Commercial instead?
