I went into Currys to buy a cooker they had on display and were advertising on their website for £329.99 reduced from £449.99. All went well until I went to buy it. Nil stock in any Currys store anywhere; but don’t worry Sir we have 171 units on order and should be getting them in sometime in the future. Oh no Sir we can’t let you have the display model, it’s not company policy.


So I’m stuck, it’s the model I want, at a price I want to pay but I really do need it now.  Wonderful thing the Internet, I came home started looking online and just by chance found a brand new never been used, exact model I had been trying to buy but now it was only  £225 + delivery from Buywise of Kinmel Bay. Best of all I’ve just had an email saying it will be delivered on Thursday of this week.   :D

Can anyone tell me when the chemist at Hoosons corner shut. I am looking for the month and year.
Also she same with the Merrymoon shop on the opposite corner.

As far as I know alot of their trade is by mail order which I always feel can be awkward with shoes, so somewhere where they can be fitted before shelling out for them will be good.
