Early sailors?

Spotted an old photograph in the window of the charity shop in Vaughan Street just by the Legion.
It is of a group of sailors/lifeboat men?  Didn't have my glasses with me so forgive me if I've got it wrong.  Just thought I'd draw your attention to it in case any of you have fishermen ancestors
