Part of popular North Wales resort could be sacrificed to the sea
Properties and a section of promenade could be demolished. The process was scheduled to get underway in the next 30 years - but it's hoped the plans can be delayed



Whatever happens I hope that they don't use the same marine engineers that  spoilt Llandudno's two beaches

We were watching an advert on TV recently and the background music was like an earworm.      It was a beautiful sound of Pan Pipes and we recognised it as the introduction to Simon and Garfunkel's version of El Condor Pasa  (  If I could )
It's still a lovely song even after so many years

A55 Conwy Tunnel road works, motorists urged to 'plan ahead'
Works will be undertaken over three nights

Motorists have been alerted to A55 roadworks on the Conwy Tunnel and to "plan ahead", for possible disruption. They are scheduled to take place overnight for 12 hours, on three nights in November, with the works taking place between 7pm and 7am. Contraflows will be in place while the works are ongoing.
