Just seen on an obscure news channel that the farmers will be out with tractors, lorries and slurry wagons ... let's hope the police do not restrict their protest and that the Labour government are really put in their place, and take note of the great harm.they are doing to this country.

Almost £70,000 to be spent refurbishing Llandudno's Alice in Wonderland statues
The restoration is being carried out using a grant from the UK Government
"The work includes producing and installing four new replacement statues along with the restoration, cleaning, and repairing of eight statues. The work is due to be completed by early 2025. The total cost of the project is £69,700.”

Llandudno woman who changed the face of US politics to be honoured in home town
A plaque will be unveiled in memory of Martha Hughes Cannon
A pioneering doctor who became the first female senator in the USA is to be honoured in her native Llandudno. Martha Hughes Cannon emigrated with her family from North Wales to Utah when she was a young child.

Later she played a leading role in the struggle for women's suffrage which was achieved in Utah in 1896. There is already a separate plaque in Llandudno commemorating the role of Llandudno in the suffragette movement
