Well CCBC get away with another season of leaving us beachless,im glad Ian Turner is fighting to save the beach, yes we need the whole sea defence replacing but until that day comes CCBC especialy the Llandudno ones need to show their faces and get it sorted for 2016,we are a tourist town which includes a bit of sand.

I've not been following the beach saga closely lately, was it concluded that the rocks could potentially be replaced with sand?

I think people of given up on the beach. CCBC just keep kicking the problem around until its no longer news worthy.

CCBC are good at keeping things bogged down in public consultations, meetings and reports until people lose interest.  &shake&

But, bigbadhenry what on earth makes you think that hoever you vote for will be any better. If every single at present elected person was replaced, does ent matter which party, the same situation will just carry on.

Town council needs to be devoid of any party politics,as for Conwy it needs a councillor with balls to stand up to the idiots,a bit like Jason Weyman, but we need 20 like him to make a difference

I agree, the Town Council is no place for party politics.

Accident on the A470 at Black Cat last night at about 1615 effectively grid-locked the island.

Can anyone tell me what event is going on in town. Driving through today there were lots of youngsters in tracksuits from a variety of different countries. I also assume its linked to the flags of al nations flying on the prom outside of the venue. I've googled it but without success.
