The town centre home with stunning interior that could be yours

Some remarkable interiors help mark out this imposing, Grade II-listed home as something special. This freehold, town centre property in Mold has historic charm with modern appliances making it very appealing.

There are five double bedrooms - two with en-suite facilities - and extensive and versatile living accommodation which could be used for several generations. You'll see character features throughout but the house has also been updated and improved by the current owners.

Conwy mansion house estate in same family for hundreds of years is on the market
The estate comes with its own chapel and five additional residential properties alongside the main hall

A famous Welsh estate that spent hundreds of years in the same family has come on the market. The Garthewin Estate, located near the village of Llanfair Talhaiarn, spans more than 500 acres.

It was the family home of Robert Wynne - with his family having a 1,000 link to this area. The first written records refer to the house in the 14th century.

Millionaire's Row home with tunnel under road to private beach
It also has a prominent summer house that needs TLC

An incredible home with a remarkable back story and its own underground tunnel to the beach has been put up for sale. St Petrocks is reputed to be the first house built on the south west side of the Great Orme in Llandudno.

It sits on Marine Drive - known as Millionaire's Row - and has some amazing unique features.

It certainly is a lovely property but the TLC for the summer house is an under statement.     As locals will know it was once the home of Isaac and Miriam Jones who lived in the Gogarth cave before the house was built

Hostel originally built for quarrymen now on market for only third time in nearly 200 years
The property lies in the dramatic and stunning Nant Ffrancon

A hostel in the Nant Ffrancon Valley is now on the market for only the third time in nearly two hundred years. Originally built and owned by Lord Penrhyn for the slate quarry workers, it was sold by the Penrhyn estate to the “Home Air Command” in 1956.

It subsequently became a training centre for the Fleet Air Arm and then the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity. In 2016 it was bought by the Martinson-Hughes family and re-opened as Snowdonia Mountain Hostel after extensive internal works.

Houses like this 'truly special' seaside property don't come around very often
A “truly special” seaside property in a beautiful part of Gwynedd has gone on the market. Promising “uninterrupted panoramic views” of the coastline, Glan Y Mor is billed as a waterfront retreat in an iconic location that embodies the idea of coastal living.

The detached house in Abersoch, on the Llŷn Peninsula, comes with a hefty price tag, with offers invited in excess of £2.1m. But for this, the buyer will get large plot in a prestige location and a property with magnificent sea views from all four bedrooms.
I wonder how many locals will be able to afford this property?

Award-winning TV home faces 'threat' after landslip

The proposed work, which has yet to be discussed by officials at Cyngor Gwynedd, includes using steel anchors driven into the cliff face to provide stability and wire mesh cages filled with stone to form a retaining structure.

The design also includes placing large stones at the cliff base to absorb wave energy and prevent further erosion.
It's a nice property surrounded by a beautiful high stone wall but I believe that the builder was aware of this possibility at the planning stage
