Hmm, very interesting property... no information about the house's condition or any internal pictures.

If it was in good nick, I would expect a house like that to be £350k to £400k

Sometimes they deliberately set the guide price low to generate plenty of interest.

I don't think the price is that low, to be honest. Lack of car parking is a big problem on that road and, judging purely by the photo, the house itself looks to be in need of renovation.

I took a look when I went past on Sunday, looks to be 4 flats at present.
