One of our cats, Blackie, as he often does, just came through the cat door with a live mouse in his mouth, which he promptly dropped in the conservatory, (he brings them in for the girl cat of the family, the one eyed Poppy). As this is a fairly regular occurrence we have a cardboard tube in which we can normally get them to run into, then release them outside. Only difference this time is the mouse ran up the inside of my right trouser leg, climbing up to my waistband. So out I went into the garden where I removed my trousers, the mouse running off, just hope the neighbours did not see my standing there in my underpants. Local wildlife indeed!
