No new posts?

Is it my system or has something gone wrong with the forum ... no new posts for a few days.
Also a strange advert comes up when logging in, telling me to watch a video.  After a few seconds it says I get my reward and forum opens up, sometimes with another annoying advert that can be dismissed.
Is it just me?

Hi DVT you beat me to it, I was just about to post about there being no posts for a few days.

Hope all is OK.

Been having my own problems this last week. Car broke down on M5 J7 and RAC took 3hours to recover us to Strensham.

Worse was to come, recovery to dealer in Ayr took over 24 hours including being abandoned at Stafford Services from 1210 t0 2200 hours then again at Abington 0235 to 0845.
Not be using RAC again !

I noticed that video too and it's a pain.    When I delete it. it lets me go in to the forum.       I haven't posted because I've been tied up with health issues
21 hours in A & E  at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd is an eye opener and not one I'd like to repeat

I have also noted the same issue but it also seemed to be inconsistent.

Ian is correct that I did not contribute to the forum this year so I expected to get adverts but the pop up thing  that DVT describes above actually prevents you from looking at the forum unless you open it.
I think it maybe putting people off reading the forum as it did me.
I did open it today so that I could post this and here is a screenshot of the pop up that blocks you.

I did contribute this year and i still ocaasionally get that pop up. I hit the play button and then skip when the timer has run down. Everything is ok then.

Same as Hammy ... click to see the "ad".  It counts down, then you click on the X and all is well.  Just annoying, and seemingly pointless.
